Medal of Honor
|

This is the highest meritorious award bestowed upon Tactical Warfare members.
The Medal of Honor is awarded to a person who, while a member of
Tactical Warfare, distinguishes himself or herself by self-sacrifice so
conspicuous as to clearly distinguish the individual above his or her
comrades.
Each recommendation for the award of this decoration will be considered on the standard of
extraordinary merit.

Distinguished Service Cross Medal
|
|
This is the second-highest meritorious award bestowed upon Tactical Warfare members.
The Distinguished Service Cross is awarded to a person
who, while serving in any capacity within Tactical Warfare, distinguishes
himself or herself by extraordinary dedication, on or off the battlefield, but
which does not justify the award of a Medal of Honor.
The act or acts of dedication must have been so notable and have involved self-sacrifice so
extraordinary as to set the individual apart from his or her comrades.

Silver Star Medal
|
|
The Silver Star is awarded to a person who, while serving in any capacity within Tactical
Warfare, is cited for gallantry while engaged in action on the battlefield.
The required gallantry, while of a lesser degree than that required for award of the Distinguished Service
Cross, must nevertheless have been performed with marked distinction.

Bronze Star Medal
|
|
The Bronze Star Medal is awarded to any person who, while serving in any capacity within Tactical
Warfare, distinguished himself or herself on or off the battlefield, by heroic or meritorious
achievement or service.
The required heroism or achievement, while of a lesser degree than that required for award of the Silver
Star, must nevertheless have been performed with marked distinction.

Order of the Purple Heart
|
|
The Purple Heart is awarded to any member who, while serving
in any capacity within Tactical Warfare, has fallen from our ranks due to
injury, illness or death.
This medal is to be automatically awarded to members of Tactical Warfare who are currently
enlisted, or are Veterans of any branch of the Armed Forces, and who have
been injured in the line of duty in real life.
It is a symbol of the great void and sense of loss left within our ranks by this person’s
absence, and a tribute to those who have suffered in the line of duty, for a
cause much greater than themselves.
The Purple Heart can only be awarded once.

Medal of Excellence
|
|
The Medal of Excellence is awarded to recognize an individual who continuously displays consistent
and reliable service within his or her Division.
While there is no specific time threshold to qualify for the Medal of Excellence, but no earlier
than the sixth month of continuous service within TW, the Division Officer shall ensure the service
to be honored merits the special recognition afforded by this award.
The principal requirement for this award is indisputable exemplary performance in all phases of
communication, training, leadership, and competition.

Commander’s Award Medal
|
|
The Commander’s Award recognizes an individual’s exemplary behavior,
efficiency, and fidelity in influencing the evolution, advancement, and well
being of his or her Tactical Warfare Battalion in a positive manner,
throughout a specified period of continuous enlisted active Tactical Warfare
military service.
Qualifying periods of service include each twelve months completed or, for first award only, a
continuous period of six months.
It is awarded by the member’s Commanding Officer in the name of the member’s
Battalion.

Leadership Award Medal
|
|
The Leadership Award recognizes an individual who has consistently displayed a conspicuous
ability to lead troops on or off the battlefield, through efforts which are
sustained, direct and of a consequential nature, and which contributed to the
betterment of the individual’s Battalion.
The individual’s acts of leadership must be sustained throughout a
specified period of continuous enlisted active Tactical Warfare military
service.
It is awarded by the member’s Commanding Officer in the name of the member’s
Battalion.

Instrumental Leaders Award Medal
|
|
The Instrumental Leaders Award recognizes two
individuals’ exemplary behavior, efficiency, fidelity and leadership in
directly influencing the success their Squad’s recipience of the Combat
Operations Award.
It is awarded
to the Squad Leader and Squad Assistant who were instrumental in contributing
to his or her Squad’s recipience of the Combat Operations Award, for
the same specified qualifying period of time as the aforementioned award, not
less than one calendar month.
To qualify for this award, the Squad Leader and
Squad Assistant must have participated in a minimum of one half of his or her
Squad’s clan matches during the qualifying period of the award.
It is awarded by the member’s Commanding
Officer in the name of the member’s Battalion.

Distinguished Operative Award Medal
|
|
The Distinguished Operative Award recognizes an
individual’s exemplary behavior, efficiency, and fidelity in directly
influencing the success his or her Squad’s recipience of the Combat
Operations Award.
It is awarded to the one Squad Member who, as
determined by his or her Squad Leader and Squad Assistant, was instrumental
and/or most influential in contributing to his or her Squad’s
recipience of the Combat Operations Award, for the same specified qualifying
period of time as the aforementioned award, not less than one calendar month.
To qualify for this award, the Squad Member must
have participated in a minimum of one half of his or her Squad’s clan
matches during the qualifying period of the award.
It is awarded by the member’s Commanding
Officer in the name of the member’s Battalion.

Combat Operations Award Medal
|
|
The Combat Operations Award recognizes a Squad that
demonstrates indisputable, quantifiable exemplary performance in all aspects
of clan matches, battles and warfare.
It is awarded to the one Squad in each Tactical
Warfare Battalion which has earned the best overall record in competitive
clan matches against external opposition, for a specified period of time not
less than one calendar month.
To qualify for this award, the Squad Members of
the recipient Squad must have participated in a minimum of one (1) clan match
during the qualifying period of the award.
It is awarded by the Squad’s Commanding
Officer in the name of the Battalion to all eligible, qualifying squad
members per the requirements outlined above.

Achievement Medal
|
|
The Achievement Award recognizes an individual who has consistently and continuously
displayed improvement in all aspects of battlefield operations, training, and
weapons skills.
The individual’s improvement must be sustained throughout a specified
period of continuous enlisted active Tactical Warfare military service.
It is awarded by the member’s Commanding Officer in the name of the member’s Battalion.

Good Conduct Medal
|
|
The Good Conduct Medal is awarded for exemplary behavior, efficiency, and fidelity in
active Tactical Warfare military service.
It is awarded on a selective basis to each soldier who distinguishes himself from among his or
her fellow soldiers by their exemplary conduct, efficiency, and fidelity
throughout a specified period of continuous enlisted active Tactical Warfare
military service.
Qualifying periods of service include each six months completed.

Armed Forces Service Medal
|
|
The Armed Forces Service Medal is to be automatically awarded to members of Tactical Warfare
who are currently serving or have previously served in any branch of the
Armed Forces of any country.
This medal is a small token of Tactical Warfare’s appreciation for those individuals
who selflessly gave time out of their lives to a cause greater than
themselves.
It also denotes an individual who is trained in real life combat tactics, operations, and
technology, and should be regarded by all members of Tactical Warfare as a
highly valuable resource.
The Armed Forces Service Medal can only be awarded once.

Tactical Gaming Medal
|
|
The Tactical Gaming Medal is awarded to an
individual who has displayed exemplary behavior by increasing Tactical
Gaming’s presence in the gaming community, on all platforms.
The recipient of
this award must have distinguished him or herself from his team members by
showing extraordinary dedication to campaigning in Tactical Gaming’s
cause; by promoting Tactical Gaming’s interests throughout the gaming
community; or by selflessly resolving conflict with outside organizations.

Legion of Merit Medal
|
|
The Legion of Merit is awarded for exceptionally meritorious conduct in the performance of
outstanding services and achievements.
Performance of
duties normal to the rank, division, specialty or assignment, and experience
of an individual is not an adequate basis for this award.
Service should be
in the nature of a special requirement or of an extremely difficult duty
performed in an unprecedented and clearly exceptional manner.
However,
justification of the award may accrue by virtue of exceptionally meritorious
service in a succession of important positions.

Outstanding Volunteer Award Medal
|
|
The Outstanding Volunteer Award is awarded to an
individual who has performed outstanding volunteer service of a sustained,
direct and consequential nature, to further Tactical Warfare’s cause.
While there is no specific time threshold to qualify for the Outstanding Volunteer Award, but
no earlier than the sixth month of continuous service within TW, the Division
Officer shall ensure the service to be honored merits the special recognition
afforded by this award.
This award is intended to recognize exceptional volunteer work over time and not a single
act or achievement.

Outstanding Recruiter Award Medal
|
|
The Outstanding Recruiter Award is awarded to an individual who has performed outstanding recruiting service of
a sustained, direct and consequential nature, to further Tactical
Warfare’s presence in the gaming community.
While there is no
specific time threshold to qualify, but no earlier than the sixth month of
continuous service within TW, the Division Officer shall ensure the service
to be honored merits the special recognition afforded by this award.
This award is intended to recognize an individual who recruits ten new members. To qualify,
all ten members must complete boot camp.

Tactical Gaming Sponsor Award Medal
|
|
The TG Sponsor Award is to be automatically awarded to members who have invested in Tactical Gaming financially, in the form of a
subscription for a predetermined period of time.
TG Sponsors have made the decision to donate financially to our organization to ensure that the costs of running our
day-to-day operations are met, as well as to contribute to the betterment of the community by allowing future improvements to
our site which would otherwise not be possible.

Outstanding Contributor Award Medal
|
|
The Outstanding Contributor Award is to be automatically
awarded to members of Tactical Warfare who have contributed financial resources to
ensure the future and growth of TW.
It is also used as
a token of Tactical Warfare’s appreciation for those individuals who
are dedicated enough to spend their own money in order to proudly display their
affiliation to Tactical Warfare.
