We are extremely happy to give you a status report of our accomplishments up to now due to your donations, TW store purchases and our incredible web team.


Rosters

- Dynamic rosters: Where your Chain of Command (CoC) would only have to update a member’s profile via our Admin CP and the rosters would be automatically updated instead of having to manually update the forums topic we used as rosters.

This was the first major upgrade to our site that was done by our contractor. It reduced the amount of admin work done by your CoC by at least 50%. Since then our own web team such as TW Viper, Oritheus and TW StormShadow have learned how to modify and upgrade different parts of it to better fit our needs.


New registration notification e-mail

Another important upgrade done by our contractor was the modification of the new registration notification e-mail Division staff receive when new members sign up.

This has made validating new members much easier. We plan to improve this even further to direct the registrations to specific Division staff based on the Division chosen by the applicant. We also plan to improve the rejection process by having an automatic e-mail sent to the applicant when their registration is rejected from TW. These will depend on our financial resources as we will need to hire our contractor.


Look & Feel

To most of you, everything looks seamless and integrated. And for the most part it is. But it took a lot of work from people like TW Viper, Oritheus and TW StormShadow to get it done such as all the pages not related to our the forums, the TW store, the copy rights and additions done to our forums headers.


Hosting Company

For those of you who have been part of TW for years, you’ve seen us transfer hosting company several times due to ether space limitations, bandwidth limitations, unacceptable downtime and poor service. These are now resolved as we our honored and thankful to TW Viper for currently hosting our site under his corporate account allowing us to save valuable financial resources we can divert to other projects.


Live Chat

As you know, we recently announced the implementation of our Live Chat.

The Live Chat has allowed our members to interact like never before. But caution and warning is to be repeated. As we do on our forums, we will not tolerate spammers and people who use bad language.


Graphics Web Team

We must not forget our graphics web team members that have contributed to the look at and feel of our HQ. Members such TW BlueIsBen, TW Ruissimo, TW-Shogun, TW Afterlife and others.
