Tactical Gaming is now launching fresh on Twitch.TV. This is the perfect opportunity for you guys and gals who are interested in streaming for a wide audience of gamers all around the world. The News Team caught up with TG Mik3 who will be in charge of the stream and this is what he had to say about it:
TG Mik3: The TG Twitch channel is something I've been trying to get restarted for a little while now, a lack of control and members not following basic TG regulations led to its downfall not to long ago, I won't let that happen again.
TGNT: What motivated you to work towards starting up the stream again?
TG Mik3: Streaming is becoming really big these days, its a huge way to get the Tactical Gaming name out there and get people interested in not only joining, but it could potentially get us sponsors. When the PRO gained control over the Twitch channel, and I became a video team member I began working on ways to get it going again, and its finally happening.

The Squad Staff consistently and continuously displayed improvement in all aspects of battlefield operations, training, and weapons skills. This included instilling dedication into their members and constantly displaying what Tactical Warfare is all about. Their improvement was sustained throughout a specified period of continuous enlisted active Tactical Warfare service.
In addition, the Battalion and HTO Staff continuously displayed consistent and reliable service within the MOH Division, by displaying indisputable exemplary performance in all phases of communication, training, leadership, and (unofficial) competition, as evidenced by the MOH Division's achievement of "Official Division of Tactical Warfare" status.
Furthermore, the Division Staff consistently displayed a conspicuous ability to lead troops on or off the battlefield, through efforts which were sustained, direct and of a consequential nature, and which contributed to the betterment of the individuals' Battalions, Brigades and Division. The individuals' acts of leadership were sustained throughout a specified period of continuous enlisted active Tactical Warfare service.

The PlanetSide Division, under the leadership of VodkaOnFire and due to the recruiting and efforts of all the great leaders in place, has swelled in numbers since game release and member retention is amazing. They now have 2 full squads of active members in each Battalion with Staff, and all upper CoC positions filled. In addition, they've established a strong presence in game on both the NA and EU servers that they play on. If you'd like to see some footage of the squads in action, TGxCraig has a YouTube channel of some practice vids you can check out here.

With the launch of the newest game in the Bioshock franchise, Bioshock, the video team brought back that bearded maniac, TG Mik3, to film a Let's Play of it, giving you the first reactions to the game, showing you were some of the collectibles are through out the game, and giving you his impression on the new feel of the game.

Recently, the PRO ran a recruitment contest within Far Cry Division.
Here are the winners of the contest:
1st Place: IM lightning10 Won a TG Blue Shirt Total of: 9 recruits. 2nd Place: TG SpeedyBus Won a 1 Year TG Sponsorship Total of: 1 recruit.
The news team caught up with the winners and asked about their strategies and how they felt about winning the recruitment contest. Here's what our top recruiters had to tell us:
TGNT What does winning this contest and knowing you had a direct impact on strengthening your Division mean to you?

" It means a lot to me for the Far Cry 3 Division to succeed so whether I was 1st in this contest or was beat out by 8 people, it doesn't matter. What does matter is that we are getting good people on-board and trying to develop them into Squad Staff if that is what they want to do in order for more squads to open. We are light on veteran leadership and would welcome anyone from any platform, we can use some experience to keep moving forward."

"Winning the contest means a lot to me because its a surprise that I even won. I had no idea the recruitment contest was on or I read about it but dismissed it because I don't have the game, it was through League of Legends that I recruited the member. Even though the member didn't sign up for the division I was mainly recruiting for, I was still happy to the fact that he found a game in TG he likes, signed up to it and is still going at it. He hasn't just strengthened the LoL division, he's strengthened the Far Cry division which is just as good because it really strengthens all of the divisions, because I feel TG is not as much as a clan as it is a friendly gaming community, more like a family. "
TGNT What advice do you have for other members that want to recruit as well as you?

"Don't be afraid to recruit. If you love this community then stand on top of a roof and shout at the top of your lungs, tell your friends, tell as many people as you can. You only fail if you don't try. My recruiting messages are designed to sound like I am only sending the message to them but I am sure to include that we are Mature and Respectful in my communication because if they aren't, no need to apply."

"My advice, don't think of the recruiting contest like its there. Play with new people, have a game with them and ask them if they'd like to join a friendly gaming clan so you can have more people to chat to and play with inside and outside of game. Its as simple as that. You don't even need the game to recruit for your division or another division (which I had just realized!)"
